Choose L-2455 for the published metallized PET-to-paper wet-lamination route or JD Series for a qualified paper-transfer or peel-transfer structure. Both require actual-material trials.

Additional water-based varnish, coating, and adhesive grades are evaluated according to substrate, process, and supporting technical documentation. Unpublished grades are not presented as ready product pages.

Substrate names are routing inputs. They do not mean every grade, treatment, print structure, or end use is already approved.

Start with flexographic ink for flexo print, WOP for a transparent gloss finish, A0126 for a matte surface intended for later printing, or 24-10-33 for tactile soft touch.

Corrugated board is one supported paper-and-board substrate for flexographic ink evaluation. It is not presented as a separate core market.

Product selection questions

Should I choose flexographic ink or gravure ink first?

Start from the printing process actually used on the job. Then confirm the substrate, transfer setup, drying capacity, print structure, target color, and downstream requirement before discussing a sample.

Can one listed product be assumed to work on every substrate?

No. The listed substrate directions define where an evaluation can start. Final suitability must be checked with the actual material, printing or coating process, drying setup, target result, and trial method.

Are additional water-based coating or adhesive grades available?

Additional grades may be evaluated according to the substrate, process, and supporting technical documentation. An unpublished grade is not presented as a ready public product page or as proof of a fixed specification.
